Skills:

Candidate with minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Support with the below skills.

Certification in ITIL (or Cobit) Framework including the successful completion of the ITIL practitioner Exam

• Windows 10 / Office 2016 certification

• Proven track record of providing support for desktop & mobile devices

• Familiar with Windows 10, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory setup and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with the use of Remote Desktop support tools

• Apple and Android Mobile devices

• Self-supporting and Pro-active

• Strong Customer Focus (service oriented by nature)

Location: Abudhabi,UAE

Notice period:Immediate to one month

Client:Leading client of Raqmiyat

Contract Period:12 months Extendable

Preference for candidates available locally in UAE.
