NTT Data is looking for Cisco VOIP professionals for Noida and Bangalore location

JD is given below:

1) 3 to 4 years of experience with Cisco Unified communication Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco network, LAN and WAN

2) Must have strong understanding of voice protocols (specially SIP) and end-to-end call flow.

3) Must know all IOS commands and way to troubleshoot voice issues CUBE/voice issues

4) Must have strong understanding of Cisco Unified Communication Manger and it’s integration with Unity and Jabber.

5) Must have worked on Jabber and WebEx and knows it’s integration with CUCM, how to troubleshoot jabber related issues

6) Must know how to Install, maintains, monitor, and upgrade VoIP and telecom systems, servers and gateways.

7) Must know Capacity Planning for Telecom circuits and suggesting customers on upgrade/downgrade of circuit bandwidth

8) Must have strong understanding of ITIL process and experience on service now will be preferred
