Job description :
- Monitor and maintain network and associated software, including responding to tickets.
- Work with other departments, contractors and staff to ensure network operations.
- Knowledge about LAN and WAN networking, Capability to troubleshoot OS issues for laptop and desktop
- Knowledge about Routing and switching ( R&S) , FIREWALLS Manage changes, upgrades, improvements and integrations.
- Routing/Mail Flow and Set up Installation concepts.
- Troubleshoot issues at both the client (Microsoft outlook) and server side.Exposure to exchange hybrid environment.
- Experience of Exchange Server (2012, 2016, 2013,more) or Windows Server(any version)with active directory.
Eligibility Criteria:
- CCNA CCNP Certified
- Graduate / UG with minimum 1-2year relevant experience.
- Experience in Network Support i.e TCP, UDP, NTP, SNMP, SMTP, DNS etc.). Server Support i.e. Exchange/ Office 365 / Windows / Active Directory)
- Good communication skills as work role involves call handling.
- Flexible working in 24/7 shifts (5 days working, rotational week-offs).
- Good at AD,FSMO, Group policy, DNS, DHCP.
