Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ITSM Service Desk
Responsibilities:
Answer users 'inquiries (in person and via phone) regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems.
Follow the standard Help Desk operating procedures; accurately log all Help Desk call and their progress details.
Respond to questions from callers and walk-ins.
