Job Description:

Experience: 1-4Years

Responsibilities:

Supporting international clients over the phone or email or chat.
Function as first point of contact for incidents and service requests from end users
Co-ordination with L2/L3 teams
Knowledge troubleshooting desktop, server, network and application issues. (In additional to enterprise applications, customer have in-house applications).
Appropriately categorise, prioritise and escalate incidents and service requests
Password Reset/Unlock
Providing access to new hires and revoking/terminate the access for those who leave organization
Responsible for Identity and Access management
Ability to understand incidents/problems quickly
Pro-actively monitor systems and identify if there are any performance issues
Understand the application, infrastructure and DevOps tool chain relationship, CI/CD pipeline, and scripts
Resolve issues that arise. Prepare necessary status reviews and reports
Maintained working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends and provide inputs / recommendations as required
Should have good sound knowledge of SQL queries


Minimum qualification:
Any Graduation
