� Managing the Global Network Operations
� Troubleshooting skills in LAN/WAN Technologies
� Attending MIM Calls and Resolving P1 Tickets
� Adhering of closing Tickets/Service Requests with in SLA Targets
� Implementing Medium/large Network setups
� Working experience on Catalyst 6500, 4500, 3800 ect.
� Strong knowledge in Routing and Switching concepts
� Working Experience on Cisco Prime
� Design and implementing medium/Large Network setups
