1-Operation and support Engineer: ( Avaya Engineer)
Duties:
1. handle daily operational tasks and reports for call center and voice solutions
2. support existing systems and implement any new server or operational requirement
3. provide technical support for We group call center and Hosted Call Centers customers. .
4. monitor alarms and systems performance .
5. May perform other duties as assigned
6. Monitor sizing, upgrades and assure performance of all Product House systems
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years’ of experience in current Avaya solutions
Strong organizational skills, able to co-ordinate complex projects involving multiple parties, interrelated issues and demanding timelines
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks
strong analytical skills for timely reporting metrics.
Willingness to work weekends and after hours as required
strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Current Avaya CM Certification or Cisco network certification
