Physically Check and verified the Provided document’s during the Transition Period.
Managing and maintaining the provided checklist.
Working on L1 &L2 activity.
24/7 Monitoring of alert incidents through the monitoring tools.
Providing L1 level technical support through kb and sop.
Providing proactive response based on the severity of the issues.
Backup and monitoring on VDP data Protection.
Handling and monitoring different type of Portal’s & application.
handling proper storage and backup media for support asset management
installing configuring different server's in blades EX. (windows, linux).
Hands-on Experience on VMware Vsphere ,Cisco UCS as well as NetApp Santricity storage manager.
Maintain checklist for SOD and EOD.
Repair and restructure current servers as needed.
Monitoring and troubleshooting network related issue Like Natting ,ACLs,Routing (RIP ,OSPF,Eigrp)
Manage and administer servers, network and Applications such as DNS,FTP and Web.
monitoring the ticketing system until the closure monitoring ticket SLA
Daily MCAfee update on server on server well as on client machine
Providing technical escalation to L2 /OEM team.
WSUS Patch activity every Month
