VINIRMA consulting is looking for Senior Security engineer for one of the banking client in Qatar.
The selected candidates shall be a direct employee of one of the leading Banks in Qatar.
Job Role
• Will be responsible for implementing, supporting and maintaining the Network Security Solutions and Infrastructure of Bank, ensuring the highest level of Security, Availability, Resiliency and performance levels.
• Responsible for fulfilling day to day network security related requests with acceptable timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Implementation, Configuring, troubleshooting and monitoring of all the network security devices within the bank, which includes
o Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Check Point, Palo-Alto, Firepower)
o Bluecoat Proxy and CAS
o Ironport SPAM Gateways
o Tipping Point Intrusion Prevention System & SMS
o Sonicwall SSL VPN
o Cisco Wireless Devices
o TrendMicro Security Suite
o RSA Authentication Manager
o Forescout NAC
o Cisco ACS
o F5 LTM, ASM, APM, GTM
• Design, implement and manage enterprise wide multi-tiered, secure and high availability infrastructure based on banks IS policy.
• Provide accurate problem diagnosis and solutions.
• Daily monitoring and housekeeping of the Network Security Devices and support for any network security related issues around the clock.
• Remain proficient in support scope of the Network Security Environment.
• Maintain service guidelines as outlined by Bank.
• Extend support for Internal and external audits.
• Taking configuration backups of network security devices.
• Coordinating with vendors to get level 2 and 3 support in case of critical situations.
• Performs daily routine activities.
• Coordinating with internal IT and application support teams to facilitate their requirements on timely basis.
• Availability for support outside working days & working hours.
• Hardening the devices as per Bank’s Baseline policies.
Quilifications & certifications:
• Bachlors in Engineering or Computer Sciences.
• Core experience of 8 years in Network Security.
• Cisco ASA and Check Point Firewall experience is a must.
• Valid CCSP/CCNP Security is a must.
• CCSE and CISSP is preferred.
• At least 3 years of post CCSP/CCNP Security experinece.
• Must have entreprise level network Security implementation and support experience.
• Well versed & hands-on in emerging technologies related to Security domain.
